GOOD HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lb. pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
Salt and pepper
Crushed corn flakes

Mix soup, cheese, and sour cream. Place hash browns in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour soup and cheese mixture over top. Sprinkle crushed corn flakes over top of soup and cheese mixture, covering well. Melt butter and drizzle over corn flakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice dish to take to covered dish dinners.
