1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. water
1 can (16 oz.) refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, cooked & drained
1 c. thick taco salsa
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
Options to taste: onions, diced; jalapenos, diced

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease pie plate. Mix water, beans and Bisquick. Spread into pie plate. Layer remaining ingredients on bean mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Top with sour cream, if desired.
