SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach (cooked & drained)
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. herbed stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp. thyme
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix everything well. Chill 2 hours and form into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 60 balls.
