SPINACH CHEESE BALL 
4 eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
1 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. herb stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter - butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. garlic salt

Slightly beat eggs. Add remaining ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Shape into balls the size of walnuts. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be frozen after baking.

Microwave - Place 25 balls on round glass plate. Cook on high 4 to 5 minutes or until firm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
