SCRAPPLE 
2 qts. rich fresh pork broth
1 c. pudding meat
2 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. white flour

Bring the pork broth and pudding meat to a boil. Stir cornmeal and flour into broth. Salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook over medium heat for 2 hours. Pour into pans and let cool.
