HOT SPINACH BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, drained
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
3/4 c. melted butter
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs, beaten

Put uncooked spinach into sieve and press out liquid. Add other ingredients. Form into balls and place on cookie sheet and freeze. Put into plastic bag until needed.

Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.

Makes 5 to 6 dozen balls.
