SPINACH BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 c. chicken flavored stuffing mix
3 large eggs
3/4 stick butter
pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook and drain spinach. Lightly beat eggs. Melt butter. Combine all ingredients and form into balls or patties. Freeze or bake on cookie sheet at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
