SAVORY SPINACH BALLS 
2 packages chopped frozen spinach, cooked and drained
1 large onion, chopped fine
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups stuffing mix

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill 1/2 hour. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper. Roll spinach mixture into small balls. rounded tsp. or tbsp.

Bake 15 minutes.

You may freeze unbaked balls and bake as many as needed.

Makes about 4 dozen.
