JOAN'S SPINACH BALLS 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 med. onion, chopped finely
4 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter at room temperature
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook spinach and drain well. Combine all ingredients. Roll into walnut sized balls. Freeze on baking sheet and store in plastic bags. To bake, place on baking sheet while frozen. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes.
