SPINACH BALLS | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 3 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix 1 lg. onion, chopped 6 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 2 tsp. ground pepper 1/2 tsp. thyme 3/4 c. melted butter Cook spinach and drain well. Combine all other ingredients and cool. Roll into small balls and place on jelly roll pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-20 minutes (turn after 10 minutes). Makes approximately 6 dozen. |
