SPINACH BALLS 
1 box chopped frozen spinach
1 c. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
1 med. onion, diced
3 eggs, beaten
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 tbsp. garlic salt
1/3 tsp. thyme
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1/2 tbsp. Accent

Cook and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients. Make into balls. Freeze. Bake frozen balls for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
