HOT SPINACH BALLS | |
20 oz. spinach, chopped 2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbly stuffing (put in food processor to make very fine crumbs) 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 6 eggs 3/4 c. soft butter Cook the spinach in microwave and drain well. Mix with other ingredients and form into little balls. Freeze. Thaw for 5 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Serves many. Enjoy! |
