HOT SPINACH BALLS 
20 oz. spinach, chopped
2 c. Pepperidge Farm crumbly stuffing (put in food processor to make very fine crumbs)
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
6 eggs
3/4 c. soft butter

Cook the spinach in microwave and drain well. Mix with other ingredients and form into little balls. Freeze. Thaw for 5 minutes and then bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. Serve hot. Serves many. Enjoy!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
