HOT SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach 2 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 c. butter, melted 4 eggs 1/2 tbsp. thyme 1 garlic clove, minced 1 lg. onion, diced Cook spinach and drain, squeezing out all liquid. Mix all ingredients. Chill 2 hours or more. Roll into 1 inch balls. Freeze or refrigerate until ready to use. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven 30 minutes or until golden brown. |
