SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach
3 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoning stuffing mix
1 lg. onion
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
6 well-beaten eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. black pepper
1/4 lb. chopped mushrooms

Cook spinach according to box, drain and squeeze out remaining juice from spinach. Mix with remaining ingredients. Shape into 3/4 inch balls. Place onto greased cookie sheets. Heat in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
