SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen spinach
2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing mix
6 eggs
2 onions
3/4 c. butter
1/2-3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3/4 tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Cook, chop, and drain spinach. Beat eggs. Chop onions. Melt butter. Grate Parmesan cheese. Mix all ingredients. Refrigerate. Form into small balls. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Bake frozen in 375 degree oven for 20 minutes.
