SPINACH BALLS | |
2 pkgs. frozen spinach 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm Stuffing 1/2 c. melted butter 2 med. onions 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 4 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1 tsp. thyme Pinch pepper or dash hot pepper sauce Cook chopped spinach and drain well. Prepare stuffing mix as directed. Chop onions fine and mix all ingredients together; chill. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes about 60 bite-size balls. |
