SPINACH BALLS 
2 boxes frozen spinach or fresh
3 c. stuffing mix
1 onion, chopped
6 eggs, beaten
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme

Cook spinach, drain. Combine all ingredients and shape into balls on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
