SPINACH BALLS | |
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 1 1/2 c. herb stuffing mix (Pepperidge Farm) 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. soft butter Cook spinach according to package directions. Drain. Combine all ingredients and roll into bite-size balls; freeze. To serve, place on foil covered cookie sheet and bake unthawed in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Makes about 3 dozen hors d'oeuvres. |
