CHICKEN OR PORK (CRANBERRY
SAUCE)
 
1 can cranberry sauce
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. powdered ginger
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Mix and pour over chicken or pork. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours in casserole.

We used this sauce to cook 6 thick cur pork chops. It was a good sauce, but not a great one. The pork turned out just fine, but it was a little bland for my taste.
