BEEF BARBEQUE 
1 to 2 lb. roast, cooked and shredded

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 onion, diced
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper

Melt butter; add onion and cook about 5 minutes. Add remaining sauce ingredients; simmer about 30 minutes. Add shredded beef. Use broth from beef for thinning of sauce. Makes 4 to 6 sandwiches.
