BASKET BARBECUE 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Pillsbury refrigerated biscuits

In large skillet, brown beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and onion. Separate dough into biscuits. Place each biscuit in an ungreased muffin cup, pressing dough up sides to edge of cup. Spoon meat into cups. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
