CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. rose wine
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. water
4 to 5 lbs. cut up chicken

Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook 1 1/2 hours, covered, at 325 degrees. Cook 1/2 hour, uncovered, at 350 degrees.
