CHICKEN IN CHEESE WITH WINE
SAUCE
 
6 chicken breasts
4-6 oz. Swiss cheese, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. white wine or cooking sherry
Seasoned or Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted

Arrange chicken in greased casserole. Layer cheese over chicken. In small bowl, mix soup with wine. Spoon over cheese. Sprinkle crumbs generously over top. Pour melted butter over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes. Serve over rice.
