CHICKEN IN WINE SAUCE 
3 lbs. chicken parts
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. minced parsley
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 c. ketchup
1 bottle Heinz chili sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. dry white wine (alcohol or non-alcohol)
1 c. water, as needed

Remove the skin from the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Bake in shallow baking pan, uncovered, for 20 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven.

Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Pour this over the partially cooked chicken and bake for an additional 20 minutes, or until chicken is done. Baste and remove chicken to plate. Serve with rice over noodles or mashed potatoes, using remaining sauce as gravy. Serves 4-6.
