BREAKFAST PIZZA | |
6 smokey link sausages, cut into bite size pieces (or 1 lb. pork or turkey sausage, cooked) 1 pkg. (8) refrigerated crescent rolls 1 c. frozen loose pack hash browns, thawed 1 c. cheddar cheese, shredded 5 eggs (or 2 boxes Scramblers) 1/4 c. milk Salt & pepper to taste 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese Separate dough into triangles and place in ungreased cookie sheet. Pat and stretch dough out to fit. Spoon sausage over crust. Sprinkle with potatoes, top with cheddar cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt, pepper and pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Good with ham and Swiss cheese also. If using uncooked sausage, brown, cook and drain meat before putting into the dough. |
