CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. (7 oz. box) Creamettes, uncooked
1 can chicken broth plus broth from baked chicken
1/2 c. milk
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cubed Velveeta
3-4 chicken breasts, baked and cubed

Put in refrigerator overnight. Set out for 1 hour before baking. Top with bread crumbs (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
