HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. chopped cooked turkey or chicken
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 lg. eggs (cooked and chopped)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. salad dressing

Combine and put into well greased 3 quart casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

You may top with crushed potato chips or I like to toss at last minute with shoe string potatoes. This will need to be eaten quickly, as the shoe strings go soft in a few hours. Serves 10-12 generously.
