MORGAN'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (15 oz.) can Veg-All mixed vegetables, drained 1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup mayonnaise (Hellmann's or Best Foods) 1/2 cup grated cheese 1 grated onion (optional) 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 sleeve saltine crackers, crushed salt and pepper, to taste Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients besides butter and saltines in a large bowl. Pour mixture into oblong casserole dish. Melt butter and add crushed saltines. Spread over top of unbaked casserole. Bake at 350°F for 25 to 30 minutes or until crackers begin to brown. Submitted by: Morgan Castro |
