HOT SAUCE 
1 lg. can packed tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
Yellow peppers or jalapeno
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper

Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Chop onions with some of green stem. Chop pepper, add one at a time, until you achieve desired taste. Mix all together with some of the juice. Add oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Place in jar in refrigerator.
