JOHN'S HOT SAUCE 
8 tomatoes
1/2 onion
1 or 2 stalks celery
2 or 3 tbsp. cilantro, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 jalapenos
8 serranos
6 chilies
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. comino
1 tsp. oregano

NOTE: Use less jalapenos, serranos, and chilies for a milder sauce.

Dunk tomatoes in boiling water for a minute or so to loosen the skins. Remove tomato skins. Food process the vegetables, starting with the onions, celery and peppers. Add rest of ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes.
