CRUNCHY PARMESAN CHEESE 
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions, crushed
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk
4 chicken breasts, halved

Combine onion, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings; mix well. Combine egg and milk. Dip chicken in egg mixture and coat well with crumb mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Spoon batter over chicken. Bake 1 hour or until golden brown.
