PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
5 pork chops 1 can mushroom soup 3 med. onions 3 med. potatoes Brown pork chops. Layer in a baking dish with thickly sliced onion and then sliced potatoes. Repeat until all ingredients have been used. Add 1/2 can of water to mushroom soup; mix well. Pour over casserole. Cover with foil. Cook 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
