PORK CHOP - POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 can cream of chicken soup
2-3 med. onions, peeled & sliced, 1/4" thick
6-8 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced, 1/2" thick
2 tbsp. corn oil

Brown pork chops in oil. Empty soup and 1/2 can of water in drippings, stir. Spray 9 x 12 inch pan with Pam. Put couple tablespoons soup mix on bottom, then layer of potatoes, then onion rings, then pork chops. Cover with soup mix. Cover pan with tinfoil. Bake 1 hour at 425 degrees.
