PORK CHOP POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 to 8 med. sized pork chops

Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.

5 med. sized potatoes, sliced thin

Place in the bottom of a large casserole dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Slice onion and layer 1/2 of onion on top of potatoes. Pour milk into dish until potatoes are almost covered. Place pork chops on top of potatoes and cover with rest of onion slices.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn pork chops over and bake another 15 minutes. Then cover and bake for an additional hour.
