PORK CHOP POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 center cut pork chops
6 thinly sliced potatoes, parboiled
1 finely chopped onion
1 beaten egg
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
Salt & pepper

Brown pork chops. Set aside. Arrange potatoes and onions in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Add cheese and egg. Toss lightly. Add milk and dot with butter.

Arrange pork chops on top of potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 6.
