PORK CHOP POTATO CASSEROLE | |
4 pork chops 4 lg. potatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 chopped onion 1 can onion rings Batter, season and fry pork chops. Butter casserole dish. Put sliced round potatoes on bottom. Season. Put chopped onion and fried pork chops. Place next layer of potatoes, season. Next, put onion rings on top. Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over onion rings. Cook covered until potatoes are done. Bake at 350 degrees. |
