LEMON GRILLING SAUCE
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. prepared yellow mustard
1 tbsp. corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine first five ingredients, stir to mix together, and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat and add cornstarch mixture, lemon pepper and salt stirring constantly for 2 minutes over medium heat until thick.

If you desire a thicker sauce, add more cornstarch.

This sauce makes a great grilling glaze for pork and chicken.

Brush onto meat before placing on grill. When you turn the meat on the grill brush up side. Turn once more before done and brush exposed side again.

Great recipe! I had no lemon juice on hand, so I used 1 cup of concentrated lemonade in place of that, the water and the sugar. It came out perfectly, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic. Brushed it on both vegetable and pork kabobs and it was the best!
