BROCCOLI AND WILD RICE | |
2 1/2 lbs. fresh broccoli 1 1/2 lbs. wild rice, cooked 1 med. onion, diced 2 cans (10 1/2 oz.) cream of celery soup (undiluted) 1 c. milk 12 oz. cream cheese Salt and pepper to taste Blanch broccoli; drain and chop. Combine with other ingredients. Place in buttered casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
