BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. wild and long grain rice (6 oz.), cooked as directed on pkg.
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped broccoli, thawed, but not cooked

Saute 1/2 cup chopped celery and 1/4 cup onions in 3 tablespoons butter. Dilute 1 can cream of chicken soup with 1/2 cup milk. Add sauteed vegetables and 1 (8 ounce) jar Cheez Whiz. Add 1 (6 ounce) can water chestnuts, sliced. Mix well, but carefully, with cooked rice and thawed broccoli.

Place in casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Variation: In place of chicken soup, one can of golden mushroom soup may be used. Also, add 1 small jar of sliced mushrooms with the chestnuts.
