BROCCOLI RICE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 can cream chicken soup
1 box Uncle Bens wild & long grain rice
1/2 c. chopped celery
Chopped onion to taste
2 tbsp. butter
2 boxes frozen cut broccoli
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz

Cook rice according to directions. Thaw broccoli. Mix rice and broccoli. Cook celery and onion with butter. Stir together with rice and broccoli. Mix together soup and evaporated milk and add to broccoli, rice mixture. Stir well. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top casserole with Cheez Whiz. Bake additional 15 minutes.
