SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. loose sausage
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 c. water

Cook sausage; pour off grease. Mix Bisquick, cheese, sausage and water. Form small balls or drop by teaspoonful on cookie sheet. Bake until slightly browned at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. May be served plain or with sweet and sour or cocktail sausage as a dip.
