"PICKLED" PINEAPPLE | |
1 can chunk pineapple 3/4 c. vinegar 1 1/4 c. sugar Dash of salt 6 to 8 whole cloves 1 (4 inch) piece stick cinnamon Drain pineapple, save 3/4 cup juice. Heat juice and all other ingredients for 10 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and bring to a boil. Refrigerate. It is best to make them several days ahead of use. |
