PORK CHOP BAKE 
4 pork chops
1/4 c. onion, diced
1 c. cream of celery soup
1/2 c. milk
3 med. potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 c. cabbage, shredded
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. flour

Brown pork chops, remove and add onion, soup and milk to drippings. blend and set aside. Starting with potatoes, then cabbage, alternate layers in 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle each layer with flour. Pour soup mixture over both layers. Place pork chops on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
