PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Pork chops
1 stick butter
Sliced potatoes
Sliced onions
Salt and pepper

Salt and pepper amount of pork chops to be served. Brown in skillet with butter. Put layer of chops in casserole and top with layer of sliced onions and potatoes. Repeat. Pour drippings over this; may add a small amount of water also. Cover tightly and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
