PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 pork chops
1 sm. onion
4-5 med. or lg. potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper

Lay pork chops on bottom of pan. Slice potatoes and dice onions. Layer on top of pork chops, salt and pepper to taste. Pour mushroom soup over. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
