PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 or more pork chops
2 sm. cans Hunts tomato sauce
2 chopped garlic cloves
Salt & pepper to taste
2 lg. potatoes, cut as for French fries
1 lg. onion, chopped

Arrange ingredients in a Pyrex casserole in this manner. Lay pork chops on the bottom. Put onions, garlic and potatoes over them, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pour the 2 cans of tomato sauce over the top. Refill cans with water and pour this over, also. Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 1 hour or more, until fork goes through potatoes and meat easily.
