PORK CHOP CASSEROLE | |
6 pork chops 1 can cream of mushroom soup Salt and pepper to taste 8 oz. sour cream 1 tbsp. parsley flakes 6 med. potatoes Brown pork chops in frying pan. Peel potatoes and slice them. Place into a large greased casserole dish or 9x13 inch pan. Mix sour cream, soup, parsley, salt and pepper and pour over potatoes. Place browned pork chops on top. Cover and bake in 375 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. |
