PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
6 pork chops
1 lg. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
7 lg. potatoes
Salt and pepper

Place sliced Irish potatoes in large Pyrex dish, add sliced onions, add salt and pepper desired. Mix well. Wash pork chops - salt and pepper - place pork chops on top of mixture. Put 1 can cream of chicken soup on top. Add 1 can water. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
