HAWAIIAN CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. oil 4 eggs 2 jars jr. baby carrots 1 can (8 oz.) crushed pineapples, drained 1/2 c. chopped nuts Sift all dry ingredients together. Add oil, eggs and carrots. Mix together. Add pineapples and nuts. Bake in a 13 x 9 inch pan at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Top with icing for Hawaiian Carrot Cake. |
