ICE CREAM SANDWICHES 
Graham crackers
Ice cream (a rectangular half gallon container is easiest to cut)
Wax paper or plastic wrap

Open the box of ice cream from the side seam and cut it into square patties approximately 1 inch thick. (This is easiest to do when the ice cream is frozen solid.) Place ice cream square between 2 graham crackers and wrap in plastic or wax paper. Place in freezer until needed.
